Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 - Self Assessment

The Posh security program has decided to adopt the updated Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act’s security standards as part of our compliance program’s maturity. The reason we have adopted these controls is to ensure we have a clear alignment with our FinTech partners who are required to adhere to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999. The assurance of implementing technical safeguards to address the security, confidentiality and integrity of customer data; builds both confidence and trust in Posh’s Security team. We clearly recognize challenges our partners face in this space and have positioned our platform to be GLBA compliant by the end-Q2 2022.
